FOX reporter: The Fed's stance on Crypto is changing positively

Odaily reported that FOX Business reporter Eleanor Terrett wrote in X that "the Federal Reserve's narrative on Crypto is changing. In two speeches last Friday, Republican Federal Reserve governors Michelle Bowman and Christopher Waller both expressed a more open attitude towards digital assets and their future in the financial system. Their remarks are noteworthy because: 1) Trump may choose one of them to replace Michael Barr as the next Vice Chairman for Supervision (responsible for overseeing regulation and the Fed's interaction with banks and cryptocurrencies); 2) they represent a shift in tone and attitude, as they previously voted to make it harder for banks to participate in cryptocurrencies. They also voted against applications for custodian banks to become members of the Federal Reserve."
