The hot wallet fund transfer was actively performed by the technical team to protect assets, not stolen by hackers. The platform confirmed that attackers used abnormal addresses to destroy approximately $100 million in crypto assets, with the attack intent being "psychological destruction". User funds are fully guaranteed by the reserve fund, and currently, support is delayed due to nationwide network interruption. The platform promises to restore normal access as soon as possible.
