PANews reported on June 7 that Dan Romero, co-founder of the decentralized social protocol Farcaster, stated that Farcaster Pro will airdrop a limited edition Non-Fungible Token to the first 10,000 professional subscription users next week, and the Non-Fungible Token will appear in users' Farcaster application wallets. The 3 professional subscription benefits expected to be launched in the week of June 16 are:
- Content posting of 10K characters
- 4 embedding features (including images, videos, URLs, CA, and mini-programs)
- Personal profile banner image function
They are currently finalizing the professional version subscription contract on Base, which will support USDC payment and allow permissionless monthly or annual subscriptions on the protocol. Additionally, the team currently has no plans to provide in-app monthly user experiences, but users can build small applications to achieve this.
