Dennis Porter, CEO of Satoshi Action Fund, said during a keynote speech at 'Bitcoin Seoul 2025' held at Signiel Seoul in Songpa-gu, Seoul on the 5th, "We've moved from an era of using cash to using checks and credit cards, and now we're moving towards stablecoins."
He emphasized, "Stablecoins are not fake and are an actual technology useful to people worldwide" and "Stablecoins are the evolution of banks and will completely replace credit cards." Porter is the person who provided the theoretical background for Donald Trump's administration's Bitcoin reserves.
Seo Yu-seok, chairman of the Korea Financial Investment Association who attended the event, explained, "If Bitcoin ETFs are allowed, they can be listed in combination with stocks and bonds or utilize covered call strategies" and "The moment an ETF is created, anyone can access it like stocks, and a lot of capital can enter the market."
