Moon Jae-in congratulated Lee Jae-myung on winning the 21st South Korean presidential election. Preliminary vote counting results show that Lee Jae-myung received 48.5% of the votes, while the ruling party's presidential candidate Kim Moon-soo received 42.9%, with a vote difference of over 1.36 million votes. Lee Jae-myung, the elected president of South Korea, stated that from his first day in office, he will be dedicated to economic recovery.
