The address first withdrew 5,000 ETH from Kraken as collateral, borrowed $7 million USDS on the Spark platform, and then bought an additional 4,610 ETH at around $1,518 per ETH, seemingly bullish on ETH's future market trend.

On-chain data shows that the address previously withdrew a cumulative 2,225 <ETH> from <Bittrex> between July 23, 2022, and April 1, 2023, with an average purchase price of $1,504. Currently, the address still holds 1,725 <ETH>, valued at approximately $2.47 million at current prices.
