According to the announcement posted on 03/01, the White House has stated that it will be hosting the first-ever Crypto Summit on 03/07 (US time).

The list of participants has not been disclosed in detail, but it will include founders, CEOs and major investors in the digital asset industry of the United States.
The summit will be chaired by David Sacks, Crypto and AI Policy Advisor to President Donald Trump, along with Bo Haines, who was appointed by Mr. Trump to head the Crypto Council.
Meanwhile, Mr. Trump is expected to be the keynote speaker at the Crypto Summit at the White House, but it is unclear whether the President will participate in any additional discussion sessions.
Since his campaign, Mr. Donald Trump has claimed to be the "Cryptocurrency President" and after taking office, he has made several decisions to gradually implement this commitment, specifically signing an executive order to establish a task force to research and formulate policies on digital currency and the possibility of establishing a strategic Bitcoin reserve fund, as well as directing the SEC to end lawsuits against companies in the industry without further prosecution, and clarifying the crypto management stance.
However, the tariffs imposed by the new US President on countries with trade conflicts in recent times have severely impacted the cryptocurrency market, causing Bitcoin prices to drop by 28% from the ATH peak in January, returning to the price range of November 2024.
In addition, the US President's failure to materialize the commitment to establish a Bitcoin reserve fund for the United States has also caused many people to doubt the feasibility of this commitment. The launch of two memecoin projects by the Trump family, TRUMP and MELANIA, in January, has also been assessed as being carried out hastily, affecting Mr. Trump's image in the eyes of cryptocurrency investors.
