KIP Protocol Co-founder: LIBRA project funds are still on the chain, KIP only assists in management as a fund distributor

Odaily reports that Julian, the co-founder of KIP Protocol, posted on social media that, as mentioned in the original tweet by the Argentine President a few hours ago, the Libertad project aims to promote the Argentine economy by funding small projects and local businesses, supporting those who seek to develop their businesses and contribute to the country's development. The funds are still on-chain and no SOL will be moved. KIP Protocol's main role in this project is to help distribute funds to Argentine companies, not related to tokens or market making. It is important to note that LIBRA has no pre-sale, and all tokens are sold through a one-sided liquidity pool. KIP Protocol will formulate a plan to operate the Libertad project according to the initial objectives. Apart from the purpose of running Project Viva La Libertad, no SOL will be used.
